Cancellations & Refunds

• No Refunds: All sales for training sessions (individual, group, or team) are final. We do not offer refunds for missed or unused sessions.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate a make-up session based on availability.
• No Shows: Failure to show up for a session without 24-hour notice will result in the session being forfeited.

Emergency Situations

We understand life happens. In cases of emergencies (injury, illness, or family emergency), please contact us directly. Exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Weather & Facility Issues

If a session is canceled due to weather or facility issues, we will offer a make-up session or full credit toward a future session.
